These scars remind me, that the past is real.

I am now 11 days self harm free,
I'm not exactly sure how long the longest ive been clean, im pretty sure it was 4 weeks,
I'm slowly recovering,
I know for a fact relapse is highly possible,
and im trying alternatives,
but sometimes they just don't work.
